IT consulting & managed technology services
We plan, build and look after the systems companies actually run on — the network in the office, the accounts people log into, the backups nobody thinks about until the morning they matter, and the business applications behind finance and HR.

Services
Full-service IT consulting. Take one piece or the whole thing — most clients start with a single problem and expand once they see how the work gets documented.
The physical and network foundation, built once and built properly.
Email, files and collaboration that work the same from anywhere.
The fundamentals done properly, sized to the risk you actually carry.
Recovery that has been tested, not just switched on and assumed.
The systems finance and HR run on, including deep enterprise ERP experience.
Someone to call, and someone thinking a year ahead on your behalf.
Most of our work is with small and growing companies that don't have an IT department — but not all of it. We also take on specific projects for larger organisations and work alongside in-house teams that need capacity or a specialism they don't keep on staff.
Approach
Nothing starts until you know the price. Nothing ends without you getting the documentation.
Twenty minutes, no charge. You describe what's broken or what you're building. We tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
We look at what you actually have and write it down — hardware, licences, risks, what's costing you money. Fixed fee, and the document is yours to keep either way.
A short proposal with a fixed price, or hourly with a hard cap you approve first. No line items you didn't discuss.
The work gets done, then you get the runbook: credentials, licences, configurations, and what to do when something goes wrong at 4pm on a Friday.
Why us
Four commitments that shape every engagement. They're the reasons clients stay, and the reasons leaving would be easy if they wanted to.
We don't resell hardware or licences and we don't take vendor commissions. You're told exactly what to buy and where, then you buy it directly and own the accounts. Our recommendation isn't quietly attached to somebody's margin.
Every engagement ends with a written runbook — what was built, why, and how to run it. Most IT problems are really knowledge problems, and knowledge that lives only in a consultant's head isn't an asset you own.
Accounts are in your name from day one. There's no notice period and no exit fee. If you ever need to replace us, we'd rather that be straightforward — it keeps us honest about earning the next piece of work.
You deal with the person doing the work, not a coordinator relaying messages to someone you'll never meet. And when a job falls outside what we do well, we'll say so and point you at someone who does it properly.

The first call is twenty minutes and costs nothing. Come with the messy version — "the accounting system is slow and nobody knows why" is a perfectly good start.
